Superalloy turbine blade and guide vane used for turbojet engine, turbine blade and guide vane be finished by integral casting. And casting method of turbine blade and guide vane is lost wax investment & vacuum casting, casting surface smoothness can meet Ra3.2μm, production process of turbine blade and guide vane is Silica sol process. The material of turbine blade and guide vane is Inconel713c.
Turbojet engine parts-Inconel turbine wheel and turbine disc
Turbine wheel is belongs to turbojet engine parts, turbine wheel used for turbojet engine. The material of turbine wheel is Inconel 738LC, IN738LC belongs to heat-resisting material. the diameter of turbine wheel is φ145mm. The casting surface smoothness of turbine wheel can meet Ra3.2μm. The turbine wheel can withstand temperatures of up to 1200℃.
Refrigerant Compressor Impeller
Compressor impeller used for Refrigerant Compressor, comprssor impeller be finished by integral casting. And casting method of compressor impeller is vacuum investment casting, casting surface smoothness can meet Ra2.0μm.
